The Cherry Eye Orb has the same consequence as a Cracked Cherry-red Eye Orb, only is not consumed on use.

Acquisition

Advantage for defeating the Darkwraith in the High Wall of Lothric. This enemy can be reached by using the Lift Bedroom Key (received from Ringfinger Leonhard) to open the locked passage below the Tower on the Wall blaze, and riding downwards the elevator.
